1. Basic working principle of preheating tank
A preheating tank is an industrial device that has the function of heating liquid or gaseous substances to a certain temperature and maintaining it for a period of time. 2. Structural composition of preheating tank
The preheating tank is mainly composed of tank body, jacket, heater, temperature control system, temperature sensor and discharge port. Among them, the tank is cylindrical or conical, the jacket is used to heat the medium, the heater is an electric heater or a steam heater, used to heat the medium to a set temperature, and the temperature control system controls the temperature by controlling the heater. 3. Work flow of preheating tank
