working principle:

The working head of the homogeneous high-shear mixing emulsification tank consists of a rotor that can rotate at high speed and a fixed stator. The pigment slurry is dispersed and emulsified in a high-shear mixing emulsification tank, which is roughly carried out in the following four steps:
1. When the rotor rotates at high speed, centrifugal force is generated, causing the slurry in the middle part of the rotor to be thrown out from the radial direction. The slurry outside the working area is sucked into the working chamber from the upper and lower feeding areas of the working head simultaneously from the axial direction.
2. The strong centrifugal force throws the slurry from the radial direction into the gap between the stator and the rotor. At the same time, it is subjected to centrifugal extrusion, impact and other forces to initially disperse and emulsify the slurry.
3. At the outer end of the high-speed rotating rotor, strong hydraulic shearing, tearing and collision are formed, so that the slurry is fully dispersed, emulsified and broken, and then ejected through the stator slot. The slurry is continuously ejected at high speed. Under the action of the container wall, the slurry changes the flow direction, forming an upper and lower tumbling liquid flow, flowing to the upper and lower feeding areas of the working head. After several cycles, dispersion and emulsification are finally completed. process.
In addition, considering the particularity of the chemical process, the emulsifier dispersing and homogenizing machine can be equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation, heating, cooling, pressurization, pressure reduction, vacuum and other devices to achieve a beautiful mixing and emulsification effect.
