The structure of the refrigeration tank
The refrigeration compressor unit uses a high-performance, energy-saving fully enclosed compressor equipped with a reliable protector, which will not burn out the motor due to overload or system failure. The insulation layer adopts a new polyurethane foaming process, which has good thermal insulation performance. The tank is made of high-quality stainless steel and equipped with automatic cleaning device and stirring device.
Structural features
1. The tank uses an advanced honeycomb plate evaporator to directly exchange heat with the milk for cooling.
2. The refrigeration compressor is imported from the United States Taikang or France Mayole fully enclosed compressor unit and the imported expansion valve and solenoid valve are equipped with reliable midpoint protectors, which will not burn out the compressor due to overload or system failure.
3. The tanks are all made of SUS304 or 316 stainless steel, with pressurized automatic rotating cleaning CIP sprinkler heads and automatic stirring devices.
4. The insulation layer is made of polyurethane foam, which has good thermal insulation performance.
