Process flow
Fresh milk/skim/milk powder /sweeteners/compound stabilizer→ mixing → preheating → homogenization → sterilization (125°C, 5 seconds) → cooling → fermentation → continue cooling and stirring (Fruit ingredients, flavors) → filling → refrigeration and ripening → finished product.
