Details :
1. Connect the power cord (AC380V)
2. Check the cooling water pump circulation tank to ensure that it is filled with coolant (the medium can be pure water)
3. Check the powder hopper valve to make sure it is closed
4. Connect the inlet of the emulsification pump and the outlet of the storage tank. The valve at the liquid outlet of the storage tank is closed.
5. Pour the powder into the hopper and make sure the valve of the hopper is closed.
6. Open the liquid outlet valve of the storage tank and ensure that the emulsification pump is connected to the liquid.
7. Press the emulsification pump switch on the control panel and the green indicator will light up; press the power pump switch again and the green indicator will light up.
(Note: Press the emulsification pump first and then the power pump button, otherwise the power pump cannot start)
8. Make sure the liquid discharge from the batching machine is smooth, and then open the hopper valve. The opening and closing range of the valve can control the powder feeding speed.
9. Work completed
Note: *For the normal operation of the equipment, it must be ensured that the liquid level in the cooling water circulation tank is at the normal level, otherwise the equipment cannot be started!
*If the warning light on the control panel lights up, it means the water tank is short of water and water must be added!
*In order to maintain the normal operation of the equipment, it is recommended that the batching machine must be cleaned immediately after each operation!
